About SquadWeft

Great projects startwith the right squad

SquadWeft is where people come together around the projects they actually want to build — and SquadHub is where they find each other.

Our mission

Most good ideas never get built — not because they're bad, but because the person with the idea never found the people to build it with. SquadWeft exists to close that gap.

Everything here is organised around one idea: the squad. A squad is a project someone wants to build, and the team forming around it. Owners publish the roles they need, people apply to the projects that excite them, and every squad and profile keeps a feed of updates and milestones — so progress stays visible, not hidden in a private chat.

How a squad comes together

Four steps from an idea to a team that's actually building.

1

A squad is a project

Someone with an idea creates a squad — its mission, industry, stage and where the team works from.

2

Owners publish roles

Developer, designer, marketer, and everything in between — each with the skills, commitment and compensation on offer.

3

Builders apply

Browse SquadHub, filter by what matters to you, and apply with your profile, experience and CV attached.

4

Owners build the team

Squad owners review every applicant and decide who comes aboard. Accepted members join the squad and its feed.

Who it's for

Whichever side of the table you're on, you're here to build something.

Founders & entrepreneurs

You have the idea and the drive, but not the team yet. Publish your squad, define the roles you need, and meet the co-founders and teammates who want to build it with you.

Developers, designers & marketers

You want to work on something that matters, not just ship tickets. Browse squads by industry, stage and role, and apply to the projects that genuinely excite you.

Early-stage investors

Coming soon. A curated view of squads building real momentum, for investors who want deal flow at the earliest possible stage.
